Thinking
I really want to test this out, but no matter what i try it keeps thinking. I tried your nothink presets and i tried what i used before on the other 27b models to get them to not think, but for some reason i cant get it to stop. Any suggestions?
In SillyTavern? Check the prompt you're sending to the model:
You should see a prefilled <think>\n</think> like in the screenshot. If there's anything else, it may try to think.
Nevermind, i got it to work. I reset your no think preset since i changed it trying to get it to work, then added /no_think to the system prompt and good to go. first impressions are good
I wish I had your problems... In my case, all qwen3.5 models diligently ignore thoughts in ST, even if it is specified to start the answer with a block of reflections, these models start the answer with the answer itself... I have to swipe 40 times for thoughts to appear.
Thanks for the tip about the prompt. It turned out that the name was preceding thoughts (it turned out something like this Arda:<think>), so I disabled this feature and now qwen3.5 is thinking.
