Cardiologent — PPG Specialist

Two-stage PPG waveform specialist for arrhythmia description, trained on CardioBench.

• stage1_encoder.ckpt — self-supervised time-series encoder (TimeMAE, peak-weighted masked reconstruction).
• stage2_llm.ckpt — LLaVA-1.5-7B with the frozen encoder + a perceiver bridge, finetuned on per-window PPG QA (answer-only cross-entropy).

Given an PPG window it produces a free-text arrhythmia read over the 7-class merged (VT/MAT, PVC/PAC) taxonomy (Normal, AF, VT/MAT, SVT, PVC/PAC, AVB, SND). Used as the grounded specialist inside the Cardiologent diagnostic agent.
