Are Private Track 1 Submissions Eligible for the Prize?

Hi NVIDIA team, I wanted to ask whether private submissions for Track 1, where “Publish to public leaderboard” is unchecked, are also eligible to win the DGX Spark prize, or whether the submission must be public to qualify.
