Wan2.2-Animate-2-14B (Distilled)

Character animation with Wan-AI/Wan2.2-Animate-2-14B-Distilled-Diffusers.

Give it a reference character image and a driving video; the model generates a video of the character performing the motion in the driving clip. Runs through 🧨 diffusers via the in-progress Wan-Animate-2 PR (#14412) and its review branch (#14413).

The distilled variant runs with few denoising steps and no classifier-free guidance, which keeps it fast enough for an interactive demo.

The bundled example assets are the official Wan-Animate demo inputs from the Wan-Video/Wan2.2 repository (Apache-2.0).
