🔧 TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION DETAILS

Algorithm Change:

Before (WRONG):

Key Changes:

2. ✅ Concatenate: body + timestamp + api_secret
3. ✅ Decode body bytes to string first
4. ✅ Keep constant-time comparison: hmac.compare_digest()
5. ✅ Maintain 7200s replay window (per Cloudinary docs)
