Amazed at this hackathon — but also, a thread for indie devs who needed the prize money
I’m genuinely blown away by how many incredible entries were submitted. Nearly 1000 projects and only 23 winners — it’s wild how much amazing work inevitably gets lost in the noise.
If you’re an indie dev, solo builder, student, or someone who entered hoping the prize money would help you keep going, I want to make space for you here.
Drop your project, your story, or even just how you’re feeling after the results.
This thread is for visibility, support, and maybe even helping each other find opportunities outside the official prizes.
The talent in this hackathon was unreal. Let’s make sure it doesn’t disappear.
(Note: I’m an indie dev myself and only found out about this hackathon after it ended. I can’t afford to sponsor anything, but I hope people who do have resources might discover great projects here.)
I joined this Hackathon after my grandfather passed to bury my head into something and be distracted. I ended up doing 7 entries, none of them were selected but here:
