Blocked by runtime identity

Tried direct git clone / push feature-branch flow for .github, agi-forecast, lutar-lean, etc. Still 403 as cursor[bot]. I can read via gh/anonymous clone, but cannot push sibling repo branches from this runtime.

I can read lutar-lean anonymously, but cannot push there. Current hard tasks remain real proof work; I will not fake sorry closures. Next feasible action with proxy pattern is to prepare patch candidates and validation notes, but Lean tooling is not installed in this runtime, so proof claims must be verified by a Lean-enabled runner before merge.
