⚙️ Qwopus 3.6 35B-A3B Coder — Interactive Deck
A single-file, interactive animated slide deck introducing Qwopus 3.6 35B-A3B Coder — a thinking-off agentic coding model (35B total / ~3B active MoE).
The deck was generated by the model itself — built through an OpenCode agentic loop, with thinking disabled, running locally on a single RTX 5090. Neobrutalist aesthetic, inline-SVG vector graphics, animated counters and charts throughout.

📑 The 10 slides
- Title · 2. What it is · 3. Why thinking-off wins · 4. SWE-bench Verified (thinking-off) · 5. Token efficiency · 6. Head-to-head vs a peer model · 7. Why thinking-off (the mechanism) · 8. It ships (a full RTS — and this deck) · 9. How to run it · 10. Closing.
🛠️ How it was made
Served via llama-server (llama.cpp) with the bundled NextN/MTP head for self-speculative decoding (~250 tok/s), exposed over an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. OpenCode was pointed at the local server and the model wrote the whole single-file deck — HTML, CSS, JS, and inline SVG — by reading and editing the file with tools.
