Purpose

This repository prepares review templates for civic AI models, datasets, Spaces, and public claims under K-ussade and 218 Network Foundation boundaries.

Boundary

This repository may document release discipline. It must not include model weights, dataset files, live Space code, private corpora, private telemetry, donor data, student data, volunteer data, customer data, sealed IP, security-sensitive NEURONA details, or unsupported release claims.
