CTC head export (vs the RNNT bundle in -sherpa). For Murattil's mistake-detection invariant: CTC has no autoregressive prediction net so it doesn't hallucinate canonical prefixes (e.g., the model won't emit "بسم الله" before "الرحمن الرحيم" just because that's what typically precedes it).
