new idea
I have a new idea, so they always have that there are parameters, and some of the parameters are active, but we don't have enough RAM to run all parameters on our PC for the 125B model, so what if they made a model, which doesn't have any active parameters. Then it might have a lot of parameters in total, but it could run on any PC
si ya 0 active param, 0activation, 0 generation ;)

Check out ik_llama.cpp, run massive models like this on small ram
