Relicense to Apache-2.0?

Since all of the smaller Qwen2 models have been relicensed to Apache-2.0, will you also be relicensing your older models to Apache-2.0? This could facilitate research into merging different versions of your models, and could also help with people needing some of the model sizes you no longer offer with Qwen2, such as 32B.
