That is not the right workflow. Please review the model card again. You need to use the workflow in the mega v3 folder.

May you please share a screenshot of a workflow with an example of it glitching?
2 images to video, first and last frames, it doesn't work sometimes. I didn't really change the workflow and see your notes. I have a working workflow for Inp, I can fix the problem myself
