Does the "Threshold" in the license also apply to finetuning and serving other models?
I used LFM2.5-2.6B to generate some reasoning traces for a future finetune. However I am interning at a company that probably exceeds the threshold therefore if this was the case they could not use my results.
Do I have to throw away my training data β or does the Threshold not apply to: other models being trained on the "Work's" outputs?
Yes, if the traces were generated for a company that's over the $10m threshold, as part of your work for them, the company would be subject to the commercial licensing requirement if it wants to make use of the traces (outside of research or testing).
