Yes there is 27B MTP, but for a3b MTP there was one version I tested, but I did not notice any speed improvement, maybe even lower speed. The Not mtp version worked for me better so far, so I am still using it. Maybe if HauhauCS releases its version maybe it would be faster. Or I need to test it more.

what is your rig ?
I have fit 2 gpu inside Johnsbo D41 mesh case (5070ti and 3090, 40gb vram total), thinking of using some m2 nvme adaptor that uses retime with mcio to x16 card with x4 speed to add another 3090 and try to squeeze that card somewhere at the top of that D41 case possibly or outside.. but already, using hermes agent with 120K context size (Q4_0 fa) seems pretty usable. AM4 system. So far strix x570-f gaming MB supports x8 speed for current 2x gpu.
i have a dual 3090 and speed is decent tbh are you using pcie 4.0 raisers ? my mobo and cpu is similar to you ( small tip , im using club3090 ) its very good for max usage of gpu's also i would advice you to cap the power usage at 290W or 280 it will not affact that much for performance
