@Datdanboi25 @AxionLab-official To save everyone time and keep things clear for the community, there is no delisting process for public models. Here is why:

1. The domino effect would empty the board. Look at the pattern over the last couple of days: first Supra demanded to be taken down, then Veyra, then FromZero, and now you're trying to push it for Axiomic. If a public leaderboard starts deleting models on request, partner circles can coordinate to wipe out comparative data until the board is hollowed out.

2. It completely destroys benchmark neutrality. If creators can pull their models whenever they dislike the score or the maintainer, you get severe survivorship bias. It ceases to be an objective evaluation tool and just turns into an opt-in promotional club.

3. Benchmark scores are public facts. Under established law (Feist v. Rural), numerical accuracy scores and parameter counts are factual data that cannot be copyrighted. Once weights are released publicly under open-source licenses, anyone in the research community has the right to benchmark them and report the numbers.

4. No major evaluation platform allows opt-outs. Hugging Face Open LLM Leaderboard, LMSYS Arena, Artificial Analysis, and Stanford HELM all evaluate public open-weights models independently. Creators do not get to dictate which platforms are allowed to benchmark their public models.

5. We don't host your files anyway. Every model links directly back to the author's official Hugging Face repository, giving creators full traffic and credit, supported by an explicit non-affiliation disclaimer.

As stated in our published listing policy, all public open-weights models remain indexed based purely on verified, reproducible numbers, free from personal politics.

This is a good idea, however, MultivexAI is there, he doesn't took off my models from his leaderboard yet, so i'm not going to join until he take off.
