# Cousine GPT-OSS-20B (Uz/Ru Instruct)

**Summary.** This repository packages runtime configs, prompts, and evaluation for running `gpt-oss-20b` as a bilingual Uzbek/Russian customer-service agent (order intake + clarifying questions + vendor brief generation).

## Intended Use
- Customer-service intake in Uzbek/Russian: detect language & category, ask 7 clarifying questions, produce a structured vendor brief (RU/UZ).
- Not for safety-critical domains.
