This model is full fine-tune of microsoft/Phi-3.5-mini-instruct, a powerful 3.8B parameter model.

**v2**: Better as a creative partner, brainstorming ideas, and simplifying complex text.

**Settings**: Use with the ChatML prompt template, temperature of 0.6 and top_p of 0.9.
