SOVEREIGN — OFFLINE APPLIANCE INSTALL GUIDE

1) Extract the bundle
   tar -xzf sovereign-appliance-offline.tgz
   cd sovereign-appliance-offline

2) Verify integrity (optional)
   ./verify.sh

3) Install and start
   ./install.sh

4) Post-install self-test
   ./post_install_selftest.sh

Access:
   http://localhost:7860

Notes:
- No internet connection required after receiving the bundle
- Designed for enterprise, bank, and government environments
