# HDR LoRA EXR Comparison Viewer

Interactive WebGL2 viewer comparing HDR IC-LoRA outputs. Each side (A/B) can be
set to any source via the dropdowns, then wiped/compared:

- **OLD LoRA** — `contrast_mp4compress`, step 10000
- **NEW LoRA** — `curated` LogC3, step 10000
- **NEW pos-exp** — `curated` LogC3 trained with the full symmetric exposure
  pool (adds positive EVs), step 10000
- **Original (SDR)** — the input SDR frame (sRGB→linear), to check for color drift

65 clips total. The 10 reference clips (`vae_debug` + 5 `GettyImages-*`) carry all
four sources; the 55 `demo_videos` clips carry OLD + NEW. True f16 EXR decode
in-browser; drag the divider to wipe, toggle false-color, push exposure,
Ctrl+click to probe linear RGB.
