# Decision Receipts

**Public decisions deserve receipts.** What portland.gov and the city's mailed decision notices
would look like if algorithmic involvement were disclosed natively — six plain-language questions,
three disclosure levels, one machine-readable trace.

This Space serves the static demo; the tour starts at `/demo/`.

**Concept demonstration — hypothetical AI use.** Every page is real Portland markup and real rule
text (Administrative Rule BTS-4.04); every AI system, case, and person is hypothetical and labeled
on every surface. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Portland.
