## 📦 What Was Done (Phase 8 Complete)

- ✅ Google OAuth published (External, production mode)
- ✅ Redirect URIs configured in Google Cloud Console
- ✅ Supabase URL Configuration updated with HF Space domain
- ✅ Git credentials fixed (stale token cleared)
- ✅ `index.html.orig` binary purged from git history (HF requirement)

## ⚠️ Known Limitations

| Issue | Details | Workaround |

| Google OAuth in HF iframe | 403 error when accessed via `huggingface.co/spaces/...` | Use direct URL: `https://bayan10-bayan-api.hf.space` |
| Summarization model on free tier | Free CPU has 2GB RAM — model may OOM | Monitor logs; upgrade to GPU Space if needed |
| Cold starts | HF Spaces sleeps after 48h inactivity | First request takes ~60s to wake up |

## 🔮 Next Steps (Optional Improvements)

### Immediate (Quick Wins)
- [ ] **Merge `auth_Youssef` → `main`** on GitHub (create PR)
- [ ] **Verify summarization works** — check if model loads on HF Spaces (check Logs tab)
- [ ] **Test full user journey** on the live URL

### Future Enhancements
- [ ] **Custom domain** — Point `bayan.app` to the HF Space
- [ ] **Separate frontend (Vercel)** — Deploy frontend to Vercel CDN for faster loading; `vercel.json` is already configured
- [ ] **Enable all models** — Spelling (`bayan10/AraSpell-Model`), Punctuation (`bayan10/PuncAra-v1`), Autocomplete (`bayan10/AutoComplete`) — requires GPU Space or higher RAM
- [ ] **Monitoring** — Set up uptime monitoring (UptimeRobot, free)
- [ ] **Analytics** — Add Plausible/Umami for usage tracking
- [ ] **Rate limiting** — Add Flask-Limiter for API protection
- [ ] **PWA** — Add service worker + manifest for offline support
