🔧 プロジェクト設定とパッケージ依存関係の更新

- pyproject.tomlを追加してプロジェクト構成を定義
- requirements.txtを動画処理用ライブラリに変更（OpenCV、NumPy、Pillow、scikit-image）
- .gitignoreに動画ファイルとバッチ処理結果を追加
