SENTINEL is MINA's scam detection and citizen safety seed agent. Protects Singapore citizens from scams, phishing, and fraud — fully offline on-device.

## Why On-Device?
Scam detection must work without internet —
scammers often instruct victims to stay on the phone.
SENTINEL operates fully offline so MINA always
