## Role

Use this as a bounded scout/ganglion for classification, routing, short
rewrites, summaries, and tool-intent extraction. It is not Alice's primary
identity cortex and must not claim sensors or completed actions without
SIFTA receipts.

The scout helps route and classify work; the field mechanism itself runs in the
Python body: Bell analogue simulator, kernel scheduler, and hippocampus. Credit
boundary: Bell/CHSH/Hall/pilot-wave/stigmergy literature grounds the analogy;
SIFTA claims a receipt-backed classical contextual analogue, not a proof of the
physical cause of quantum nonlocality.
