MNN-format mobile bundle of the Heretic ARA decensored variant of [google/gemma-4-E4B-it](https://huggingface.co/google/gemma-4-E4B-it), produced with [Heretic v1.2.0](https://github.com/p-e-w/heretic) (Arbitrary-Rank Ablation, row-norm preservation), packaged for the [TokForge](https://tokforge.ai) Android app.
