This Hugging Face repository is primarily a model-weight distribution repository.
Third-party software projects referenced for reproduction or runtime use are not
relicensed by this repository.

## Black Forest Labs

The underlying FLUX model family is licensed by Black Forest Labs Inc. under the
**FLUX Non-Commercial License v2.1**, included as `LICENSE`.

The required Black Forest Labs attribution notice is reproduced in `NOTICE.md`.

## Alibaba-PAI

The immediate source model is:

This JLC release is an independently created quantized derivative and is not an
official Alibaba-PAI release.

## JLC quantization toolkit

The quantization and verification tooling is maintained separately from this model
release. Its software license does not apply to or relicense the FLUX-derived checkpoint.

## JLC ComfyUI integration

Runtime integration is maintained separately from this model-weight repository.

No source code from those software repositories is distributed merely by distributing
this model checkpoint unless separately added to this Hugging Face repository.

## Other runtime dependencies

ComfyUI, PyTorch, safetensors, attention implementations, preprocessors, and other
third-party runtime dependencies remain subject to their own licenses and notices.

Before public release, any additional files added to this repository (including example
images, workflows, preprocessing assets, or copied source code) should be reviewed for
their own license and attribution requirements.
