This repository contains **Recursive Language Models** (including all variants, weights, parameters, fine-tunes, derivatives, and iterations) and associated datasets, training data, code, documentation, and outputs (collectively the **"Protected Works"**). All materials are the exclusive intellectual property of **Within Us AI**.

## License Grant
Within Us AI grants a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** for **strict internal use only** by Within Us AI and its explicitly authorized personnel/systems.

## Restrictions
You (or any third party) **may not** without prior written consent from Within Us AI:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display the Protected Works
- Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
- Use for training other models, distillation, fine-tuning, or knowledge extraction
- Sublicense, sell, lease, or transfer any part of the Protected Works
- Remove or alter copyright notices
- Use in any external commercial product or service

**Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.**

## Ownership
All right, title, and interest in the Protected Works remain solely with **Within Us AI**. This license does not transfer ownership.

## Termination
This license terminates automatically upon any breach. You must immediately cease all use and destroy all copies.

## Disclaimer
The Protected Works are provided "AS IS" without any warranties. Within Us AI disclaims all liability for any damages arising from use.

## Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
